Financial Information: 2026-2027 School Year

At Greenhouse Montessori School, we strive to maintain transparency regarding our tuition and financial policies. Our school year runs from August 31 to June 11, and our tuition structure is designed to provide stability for our families throughout the academic term.

Tuition Rates

Tuition is based on a ten-month academic year, payable in ten equal monthly installments.

Payment Policies

  • Installments: Tuition is due on the first school day of each month.

  • Methods of Payment: We accept checks (placed in the collection basket on the Sign In/Out shelf) or cash (brought to the office for a receipt). You may also arrange for your bank to mail physical checks to our school. Please note that we are not equipped to process electronic payments.

  • Late Fees: If full tuition is not received by the 5th of the month, the following late fees apply:

    • Received after the 5th, by the 10th: $5.00

    • Received after the 10th, by the 15th: $15.00

    • Received after the 15th, by the 20th: $30.00

    • If tuition is not received by the 20th, the student will be withdrawn from the school and the tuition deposit will be applied to the balance.

Tuition Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

  • Tuition Deposit: Upon enrollment, a deposit equal to one-half (1/2) of your monthly payment is required. This deposit is applied toward the final month of your child’s attendance.

  • Withdrawal: A two-week written notice is required for withdrawal. Please note that tuition will not be prorated for withdrawals occurring after April 30; families remain responsible for the balance of the school year, regardless of attendance in May and June.

  • Adjustments: We are unable to adjust tuition for absences due to illness, family vacations, or holidays.
